Boo-huhu!!! You're finally 20!
Hmm.........I get to know this guy from Asia Pacific Regional Rotaract Conference (APRRC) last month. He's from de Philippines!
The first time we met each other was at the cultural night.
He was sitting at the table in front of mine.
In the middle of the dinner I notice him turning to the back and look around while I'm looking in front, trying to enjoy the performance.
Suddenly, I notice someone is looking at me.
And I felt uncomfortable and I'm curious that who is spying on me.
When I turn, I saw him looking at me.
Oh boy, I felt so shy that time and there was no time for me to react but quickly look away.
After few times of eye contacting with each other, I finally decide to smile back. Heh! I'm trying to act friendly. Later we separately went to the front (near the stage) to snap picture of those performance.
While we are in front, we are always aware of each other and we are just sitting near by of each other.
Heh! There is still some eye contact going on until finally he dare to come up to me to introduce himself.
He was like: Hi! I'm David!
mE: Nice to meet you!
*exchange name cards*
*keep on chatting till dinner ends*
After dinner they have house of fellowship which everyone go there to chit chat and 'drink'!
Me, David & Riza(his fren) went there and sat at a table to chit chat then suddenly a rotarian came over and ask us to drink with him.
So we 'bei min' (give face) him and drink 1 glass.
In the middle of de chit chating & drinking, Riza need to go back to her room and left me and David there at the table.
Later on, we were force to drink another 2 big glass of beer before we leave.
So we quickly finished up and leave before another jug of beer arrive on our table. Hee!
From the house of fellowship to the resort was around 7 minutes walk compare to condo is around 15 minutes walk. And he offer to send me back to my room beacause I was kinda drunk.
Actually I was alright just that I can't walk that straight and he was worried bout me to walk back to room around 1.30a.m.
*well I was staying at the resort while he was staying at the condo*
Ha! That's so sweet of him.
On the second day, they had clubbing night.
The whole hall was decorated like a club with all the lights off, loud music and disco lights on.
Him and Riza came over to join me cause I was abandon by my M'sian and Taiwanese friends. Nah...just kidding. Well, Malaysian Frens did abandon me but Taiwanese friends didn't coz they are tired and went back to the room to rest.
That night was fun, we dance and dance till I'm totally tired and can't dance anymore.
That night, he was by my side all the time and that is why no guys dare to come over and dance with me. haha! He's the one chasing all of them away. Just Kidding! =)
The 3rd night was the last night of the conference and the next day all of us will be going back to the place where we will be busy with our own life. So that was the beach party. I didn't see David till the beach party is over.
Later my prez told me that we're going back at 7a.m the next morning.
So I was like: What? That early?
Prez: Yea! Need to leave early to avoid the jam in K.L.
It means that I only left that night to say good bye to all of them. *sober*
I went to visit David first because he will be leaving at 3a.m in the morn.
He gave his necklace and a bracelet to me, he hope that I'll remember him always.
Don't worry David, will keep it nicely and ofcoz I won't forget such a nice guy like you! *smile*
~~David told me that he got 'killed' by my eyes the very moment he saw me~~
Ops! I'm a criminal now! I 'killed someone =O
